Terms & Conditions

New customers must sign up for recurring pest control, termite or reoccuring mosquito control.

Cruise must be booked within 12 months of award date and sailed within 18 months.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Cruise will be 3 night and 4 days with Royal caribbean on Utopia of the Seas out of Port Canaveral

Transportation to and from port is not provided.

Winners to get cruise, taxes and gratuity.

Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older, who reside in TruNorth’s current service areas (FL & GA).

Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Self-referrals, duplicate addresses, or cancelled accounts (within first 90 days) are void.

Limit: One cruise prize per referrer; additional referrals beyond 15 earn bragging rights only.

Cruise cabin: Interior category or comparable; double occupancy (winner + one guest).

Not included: Transportation to/from Port Canaveral, parking, passports, travel insurance, shore excursions, specialty dining, beverages, spa services, onboard purchases, or any expenses not expressly stated.

Subject to availability and blackout dates (peak holidays, spring break, etc.). Sponsor may substitute a cruise of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner and guest must possess valid travel documents (passport or original birth certificate + gov’t ID).

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and statements in marketing materials without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Royal Caribbean, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

For any dispute not informally resolved, participants agree to binding arbitration (costs split as allowed by law).
